After years of planning and two years of construction, Stinson-Remick Hall received LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The building was completed at the end of 2009 and opened for classes in January 2010. The formal dedication and blessing of the building took place on September 3, 2010. Read More

The new Notre Dame Hockey Arena broke ground with site utility work in March 2010 directly south of the Purcell Pavilion at the Joyce Center. Construction of the 203,000 square feet facility began in May. will be the new home for the varsity hockey team as well as host to numerous community and campus-based recreational programs and special events.
